Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Team
- Communicate with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Handle samples with minimal physical duties
Skill Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency is a must
- Higher Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: $14,000 - $17,000
- 5-day work week
