Core Responsibilities:

1. Manage personal and corporate business accounts
2. Promote MPF, ORSO and group benefits, like Group Medical plans and Office Insurance
3. Provide professional After-sales Services
4. One stop services, like Retirement Plannning and Wealth Management
5. Handle incoming inquiries from scheme members
6. Maintain client base Update and Manage client relationship
7. Provide other financial and protection services/advice to clients

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or sales/marketing, or finance/banking, will be advantageous
• Sales driven, self-motivated, positive attitude, and customer-oriented
• Mature personality with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Solid Management Skills is an absolute advantage
• Fluency in Cantonese and other languages/ dialects are a plus
• HK ID card holder, with permanent HK residency
• Fresh graduates or new in this industry will also be considered
