黃保華針車有限公司成立於1982年，目前在香港有15名員工. 在上海，廣東和越南設有分公司。由創始人黃保華先生早在四十年代已創立獨資公司，是香港第一代縫紉機經銷商之一。 歷史悠久，信譽素孚。

我們是日本精工牌厚料縫紉機和荷蘭制造LSM圓頭鎖眼機的獨家總代理。也代理了:　日本三菱牌電腦圖案花機；兄弟牌工業縫紉機；大和牌針織繃縫機和包縫機；以及風琴牌縫紉機針。

我們專門提供用適用於服裝，手袋和重型產品的工業服裝設備和生產線，並且提供了機器安裝和售後的高質素服務，為客戶的機修師傅 / 操作員進行技術和操作培訓。作為客戶的合作夥伴，我們為中國以及東南亞地區的客戶提供了足夠及合適的服務。我們亦及時為各廠提供優質的零配件的服務，確保設備能保持最佳的狀態及規格運行，務求廠方能大大減少故障時間。這就是我們的服務宗旨及承諾.
