中國太平保險集團有限責任公司（簡稱「中國太平」）是管理總部設在香港的中管金融保險集團。中國太平人壽保險（香港）有限公司（簡稱「太平人壽(香港)」）是中國太平旗下的專業壽險公司之一，由中國太平旗下的中國太平保險控股有限公司（簡稱「中國太平控股」，股份代碼HK00966）全資設立，負責經營中國太平在香港的人壽及年金和永久健康壽險保險業務。公司於2015年12月22日正式開業。

China Taiping Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited (abbreviated as “TPLHK”) is a wholly-owned life insurance subsidiary of China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited under the China Taiping (abbreviated as “China Taiping Holdings”, HK00966), which is responsible for life insurance business in Hong Kong. TPLHK started its business since 22 Dec 2015.
