SHANGHAI, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nuance Pharma announced that the first patient has been dosed in the REACH Phase III clinical trial evaluating STG320 (Actair®) for the treatment of house dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis in China.

Stallergenes Greer's Actair® is a sublingual tablet currently marketed in 21 countries and territories under brand names including Actair®, Orylmyte® and Aitmyte®. Further market expansion is underway.

Actair Study in China

On May 22^nd, 2026, Nuance Pharma announced that the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has cleared its Investigational New Drug (IND) application, designed to initiate a pivotal clinical trial of Actair® for the treatment of house dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis in China.

In October 2026, Nuance Pharma announces the first patient dosed in the REACH Phase III trial, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Actair® over a 12-month treatment period in patients with allergic rhinitis, with or without concomitant asthma.

In May 2026, Nuance Pharma launched Actair® in China's Hainan Boao Pilot Zone through an early access program.
