宏利一直致力培育大專生成為理財策劃人才，於2012年開始推出宏利至「專」領袖新世代計劃 (ManuLeader Development Program，簡稱「MDP」) ，每次均反應熱烈，至今已孕育出超過400位學員！MDP課程內容多元化，每年均邀請來自不同界別的資深講者，涵蓋題目廣泛，包括：

Manulife is committed to developing university students as financial planning talents. Since 2012, ManuLeader Development Program (MDP) has been launched, having nurtured over 400 mentees. The program invites experienced trainers of different backgrounds to cover a variety of topics:

Practical financial knowledge
Career Planning
Team building and Leadership training
Business Etiquette

Through classroom training, team-building activities and competitions, mentees have acquired extensive knowledge and expanded their networks with university students.
