應徵工嗰陣唔知點樣先可以喺份CV到突出到自己?有資深人力資源人士教路,不妨睇下以下3招,學下點樣展示自己嘅才能啦。

縮窄範圍
若果你無一個確定嘅數字,就想係CV上面用數字表達自己嘅效率嘅話,的確係有啲難嘅。但仲有一個應對方法嘅:就係提供一個範圍啦。你可能唔會清楚數得出你一個月入面見咗幾多個客,或者打咗幾多個cold call,其實咁係無問題嘅。即使你唔清楚都好,亦唔代表你都一定要係你份CV到報個實數。盡你嘅能力去俾個約數出嚟,俾出一個range可能係最好嘅方法。記住,要表達出自己嘅影響力。

例子:
Responsible for supervising phone-callers.

可以改成:
Supervised 6-8 phone callers to reach around 50% deal growth each year.

頻率
當你知道用range嚟表示自己嘅影響力都係可以接受嘅時候,一個更加容易咁用數字去表達自己嘅成就嘅方法,就係用頻率去展示自己係咪經常完成一啲特定嘅task啦。尤其係當你做緊嘅嘢係以數目之多寡為實嘅,咁就可以更加有效率咁show你嘅表現啦,而HR更加容易睇到你可以handle到幾多嘢。

例子:
Completed phone-calling deals.

可以改成:
Contacted 40-50 customers and made deal through phone-calling to achieve 50% deal growth for the selling department.

規模
你可能已經一早就聽過:所有嘅僱主老細都只係著眼於金錢利益,同埋點樣開源節流。係你份CV上正包埋你做嘢嘅頻率係可以俾人一個有關你工作效率嘅大約概念,但其實仲有一個更加吸引人嘅方法,去展示你嘅工作表現嘅。

諗下你有冇做過啲乜嘢,去令到你公司慳咗錢嘅,無論係刪減一啲不必要嘅程序,減省做嘢嘅時間,又或者係搵到嗰報價更低嘅suppliers之類。試下講下你有幾經常做到以上嘅行動,然後將佢哋變成你份CV上面嘅selling point啦。記住,俾到一個約數就得架啦,唔需要一個實數嘅。

例子:
Streamlined phone-calling process by upgrading calling and computer input devices.

可以改成:
Managed project to upgrade ineffective calling and computer input devices, resulting in the reduction on call waiting time, saving $5,000 to $6,000 per year.

又或者你可能係一個比較熟知人際關係,而唔係一個比較熟知數字嘅人啦。你可能諗下係份CV入面包括你見過或者服務過幾多位顧客。依啲soft skills都好重要,而且係值得仔細擺數字入去嘅。

例子:
Responsible for leading the phone-calling team.

可以改成:
Led marketing team of 12 and executed marketing strategy to promote product with a reach of 40-60 customers per day to generate 300 sells per week.
