工作時間（用膳時間除外）：

不需輪班工作
(i) 每周正常工時：不得多於每周共 48 小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資）
(ii) 固定：每周 6 天，每天 8 小時
11:00 – 20:00 (包括用膳／休息時間 1 小時)

職務範圍：

僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業／業務執行下述職務：中式飲食業（不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務）
協助上級廚師工作；烹調簡單菜式；預備及製作食材；廚房一般清潔及雜務

最低入職要求：

小六程度、一年經驗

語言要求（會話及讀寫）：

會話：略懂粵語會話
讀寫：無需

工作地點：
