• Primary 6
• 1 year of relevant work experience

Language（Spoken, Reading & Writing）：

• Spoken：Fair spoken English, fair spoken Russian is preferred, fair spoken Kazakh is preferred, fair spoken Spanish is preferred
• Reading & Writing: Little reading and written English
