Salary: HK$21,000 per month

Job Description

• Perform administrative works for fuels shipments - including surveyor inspection appointments, post-delivery documentation, gain/loss calculations, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating barge sales order operations between customer and terminal.
• Accountable for accuracy of shipment records and documentation control for monthly management and system reporting.
• Responsible for vendor payment/invoice settlement within SAP system.
• Provide administrative support to the department i.e. purchase order, work orders, filing, etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in an administrative role with a focus on records management, data handling, and payment processing.

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data processing software applications (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
