Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct project feasibility studies, make presentations and recommendations on investment potentials for development projects
• Conduct real estate valuations and appraisals of development options and assess their relative financial risk
• Support in evaluating Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) proposal for the Group’s existing property portfolio as well as potential acquisition
• Conduct research on geographical regions, industry players, and government policies
• Act as key liaison with external parties

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or a related discipline 
• 5 years of relevant experience in sizable developer or consultancy
• Knowledgeable on Hong Kong property market with good business sense.
• Conversant with laws and practices in property development in Hong Kong, Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage 
• Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Officer
