Job Descriptions:

• To handle loan administration functions, including customer hotline, payment collection, loan modification, prepayment, security documentation and insurance administration;
• To handle full prepayment requests from customers or solicitor firms and release of mortgage;
• To support acquisition of loan assets and monitoring of loan servicing activities;
• To handle services provided by financial institution, such as insurance front office and back office;
• To conduct financial calculation and data analysis with MS Excel and Access;
• To work on ad hoc duties or projects; and
• The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;
• A minimum of 3 years' solid experience in operations of consumer or commercial lending facilities with reputable Authorized Institutions or financial institutions;
• Working experience relating to insurance operations would be an added advantage;
• Attention to details with high degree of accuracy;
• Responsible, self-motivated with proactive working attitude, eager to learn and to take up new responsibilities;
• Strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Proficient in computer operation and knowledge in MS Access an added advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
