Major Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class quality service to programme members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty
- Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
- Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
- Effectively identify members' needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
- Feedback member comments for service improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English, plus 1 year's working experiences in customer/member service industry preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Knowledge of airline industry, products and services is an advantage
Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
