Responsibilities:

• Handle the customer enquiry hotline in a professional and timely manner
• Responsible for the daily operations of the tram charter division, including but not limited to handling and arranging the party trams' logistics for private bookings and company shootings' purposes.
• Work on a range of marketing and partnership projects that builds the company's brand and commercial capabilities
• Provide support for other areas of marketing & customer services as assigned by seniors

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduate will be considered on merits
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
