Information Technology Technician

Requirements:

·           Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or related disciplines.

·           Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is required.

·           Familiarity with NAV & ERP Systems

·           At least 2 years of information technology and sales experience, preferably in the decorative glass material or construction industry.

·           Strong ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

·           Proven experience in promoting glass products, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.

·           Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to sales growth.

·           Capable of analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.

·           Self-motivated, a strong team player, able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

·           To participate in the configuration and installation of popular network operating systems, network equipment and networking software

·           To diagnose and resolve problems encountered during network implementation

·           To prepare guidelines and procedures for the daily operations of installed wide area network (WAN)/local area network (LAN).

·           Manage customer inquiries and orders through the NAV & ERP Systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processing.

·           Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and product information.

·           Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, leveraging your technical knowledge of glass products.

·           Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and support strategic planning.

·           Promote the glass products

·           Provide the daily sales reports, technical and clerical support, including preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
