Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks)
· Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, performance evaluations) accurately and confidentially
· Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and internal events
· Provide comprehensive secretarial support to management (calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination etc)
· Prepare and format documents (reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes etc)
· Ensure the smooth progress of daily operations through communication with other parties
· Handle projects and assignments independently
· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· At least 2 year relevant experience
· Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
· Flexibility, mature, stable, responsible and independent
· Have a good team spirit, good communication
· Immedicate availability is preferred
