Communications Guest Relations Officer 通訊客務關係主任

Welcome and escort guests to assigned dining areas
Manage reservations and monitor waiting lists
Coordinate with service team about available seating options
Create memorable guests experience, especially on different occasions (Wedding anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
Assist service team when needed
