About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our Consumer Electronics Power Products Division, driving innovation in PD fast charging, wireless chargers, power banks, and related technologies. You will oversee end-to-end product strategy, R&D, market expansion, and team development, aligning with corporate goals to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define product roadmaps and capitalize on emerging market opportunities in the global power electronics sector.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Spearhead initiatives from concept (market research, prototyping) to commercialization (mass production, iterative optimization).
• Team Building: Cultivate a high-performance culture, mentor talent, and scale organizational capabilities.
• Financial Stewardship: Develop budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
• Business Development: Strengthen relationships with key clients and expand footprint in domestic/international markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years in consumer electronics/power products, with 5+ years in senior management.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of PD fast charging/wireless power standards (Qi, USB-PD) and industry trends.
• Leadership: Experience building cross-functional teams and establishing operational processes in divisional/independent BU settings.

Preferred Attributes:

• Global Mindset: Fluency in English; experience with international markets or top brands (e.g., Anker, Xiaomi, Huawei).
• Strategic Acumen: Ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities in fast-paced environments.
