Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative / clerical support to the HKEC Procurement & Materials Management Department.
2. Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the supply chain.
3. Assist and provide support in performing various procurement or inventory management activities.
4. Assist in preparation of documents related to the procurement or inventory management activities.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Entry Requirements:
1. Completed F.5/S.5 with:
i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
⦁ Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
⦁ Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function; OR
2. Completed F.5 /S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience in procurement and materials management in healthcare setting.
2. Experience in working in ERPS (Oracle) environment will be an advantage.
3. Proficient in PC applications, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
4. Good verbal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
5. Strong team spirit, able to work under pressure and accomplish tasks within tight schedule, and dedicated to quality service.

2. Serving Staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered.
