• Preparing food and drink
• Serving customers
• Taking orders
• Ordering and maintaining stocks
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and utensils
• Collecting payment and operating a cash register
• Responsible for operating the beverage counter
• Making coffee and drinks
• Serving wine and prepare cocktail

Minimum entry requirement(including education standard, year(s) of experience, skill, etc.):

• Primary 6
• 1 year of relevant work experience

Language（Spoken, Reading & Writing）：

• Spoken: Little Cantonese, fair English
• Reading & Writing: Able to read and write little Chinese, able to read and write fair English
