Department / Hospital / Cluster : Human Resources Division, Hong Kong East Cluster
Pay : HK$37,590 to HK$66,291 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager and/or Human Resources Manager, the Assistant Human Resources Manager will be required to: -
1. Assist in leading one of the functional teams in the Human Resources Division;
2. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and service development of that functional team;
3. Provide professional HR advice to line managers and staff members;
4. Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing programmes / new initiatives/projects; and
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements
1. A university degree or equivalent.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure
1. Some post-qualification HR experience.
2. Working experience in remuneration and benefits function.
3. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
4. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
5. Good observation and analytical skills.
6. Good interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills.
7. Good organizing skills and ability in leading a team of staff.
