Assistant Head - Compensation & Benefits

Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of IT system projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • Provide support for core business unit operations, covering both existing products and new initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain the health and security of products
  • Perform market research to remain informed about technological and related business developments
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and associated risks.
  • Escalate issues as needed to facilitate project completion.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather user requirements for business systems projects, including conducting user interviews, collecting requirements, analyzing user challenges, and providing recommendations for product improvement.
  • Carry out system analysis, implementation, testing, user training, and documentation for IT systems. Responsibilities also include user research, product and market analysis, and contributing to product strategy. Prepare product requirement documents, manuals, presentations, and related solution materials.
  • Evaluate products, select vendors, and manage procurement processes for IT solutions and products. Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and deliverables on schedule and within budget.
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China is required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of system implementation experience in large companies.
  • At least 5 years as a product/project manager with strong planning, requirement definition, architecture, and design skills; well-versed in product development processes.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with SaaS, CRM, marketing, or mobile app products.
  • Proven track record with CRM projects and familiarity with HK's CRM ecosystem (loyalty engines, mini programs) preferred.
  • Facility Management System experience in HK is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent Mandarin required; strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills essential
