We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Event Executive to join our team for a 3-month contract (Jun-Aug). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of the HK Computer and Communications Festival, one of the largest ICT events in Hong Kong.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the HK Computer and Communications Festival and related events.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
• Assist with event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and attendee registration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Conduct research for exhibition content and marketing materials.
• Manage event budgets and timelines.
• Provide daily clerical support to the project team and onsite support during the fair.

 
Requirements:

• Diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in admin, event planning, or exhibition management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates and students are welcome.
