As a leading video production service provider in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Account Manager who will need to:

·         Handle client inquiries related to video production projects.

·         Closely work with internal teams and external vendors to manage various video production projects.

·         Have strong experience in managing video project pitching and proposal creation.

·         Have solid knowledge in video production processes, onsite shooting and project management.

·         Have knowledge in 2D and 3D animation/motion graphics is a plus

·         Be willing to work with irregular work schedules if necessary.

·         Have strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and work well under pressure.

·         Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan to meet those requirements.

·         Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone and present project proposals and experience.

·         Maintain client relationships and introduce other services in the group to the client whenever appropriate.

You should also have the following soft skills:

·         Qualifications and skills: 3 or more years of recent account management and/or video production project experience. Experience in managing regional clients/projects is a plus.

·         Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to translate technical and business benefits to decision makers.

·         Professional working proficiency in English required.

·         Stakeholder management skills and proven ability to negotiate.

·         Experience working to and exceeding targets.

·         A deep understanding of the video project pitching process, from creative development and project planning to execution.

·         Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

·         Less experience will be considered as Account Executive.
