職責:

接聽電話，電郵和處理要求及訂坐
接待和歡迎所有客人
提供高水準顧的顧客服務，包括妥善處理顧客的投訴及查詢

工作要求:

會考/ 文憑試程度
良好粵語；懂英語
良好的溝通技巧
具1年相關經驗優先考慮
