職責：

• 在董事會的督導下管理本會及屬下組織的日常會務運作；
• 負責本會日常辦公室工作、管理、監督和工作分配；
• 處理本會及屬下組織的財務賬目；
• 處理會員資料、解答會員的一般查詢及提供協助；
• 負責會員聯絡工作，協助會員組織及籌劃活動，包括財政及行政支援；
• 聯繫業務相關機構及單位進行會務協作；
• 協助及支援董事會及屬下委員會的工作；
• 如有需要時，會在辦公時間外，執行工作；
• 執行董事會所委派的其他職務。

學歷要求： 中五畢業/香港中學文憑

其他入職要求：電腦及互聯網使用及知識，懂中文打字，懂一般會計工作(考獲LCCI中級證書或以上經驗)。

工作經驗： 具相關工作經驗者優先

待遇：視乎經驗及學歷，可界乎HK$18K~HK$28K

Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the League and its affiliated organisations under the supervision of the Board of Directors (BOD);
• Manage, supervise and allocate jobs within the office to complete daily works;
• Responsible for the financial accounting of the League and its affiliated organisations;
• Responsible for member information and enquiries and support.
• Liaise with members, assist members in area including organization of activities, financial and administrative support;
• Collaborate with business partners and companies in relation with daily operations;
• Assist and support the works of the BOD and its Committee;
• Carry out works outside office hours when required;
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the BOD.

Academic :  F.5 /HKCEE

Other requirement : Knowledge with computer and internet, Chinese typing and accounting knowledge (LCCI Level II holder or equivalent experience).

Working Experience :  Advance with relevant working experience

Salary : HK$18K~HK$28K depends on experience and qualification
