Senior Shopping Centre Officer/ 高級商場事務主任 (Supervisor)

Senior Shopping Centre Officer (Supervisor)  (5-day work) – Kowloon

Job Description:
  • Assist in organizing various shopping mall promotional activities.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Shopping Mall Officers and Assistant Shopping Mall Officers, ensuring work quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare event reports, data analysis, and other clerical work.
Requirements:
  • Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3.
  • 5 years or above of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is preferred.
  • 5-day work week on a rotating shift basis (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays), 9 hours per day.

工作職責:
  • 協助舉辦各類商場推廣活動
  • 管理及監督商場事務主任及助理商場事務主任團隊,確保工作質素
  • 處理顧客查詢及投訴,提供優質客戶服務
  • 提供優質客戶服務工作
  • 編寫活動報告、數據分析及其他文書工作
工作要求:
  • 香港中學文憑畢業或具資歷架構3級資歷
  • 5年或以上客戶服務經驗
  • 出色的溝通技巧、人際交往能力及團隊合作精神
  • 中英文良好
  • 熟悉電腦操作優先考慮
  • 五天輪班工作 (星期六、日及公眾假期需要當值),每天工作九小時
