助理店舖經理 Assistant Store Manager / 高級銷售員 Senior Sales
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversea the daily operation of the store.
- Lead & motivate sales team to achieve sales target & company KPI
- Give suggestions to retail director for sales plan formulation.
- Maintain stock availabilities for sales and corporate in-store visual merchandising standard
Requirement
- At least 5 years retail sales experience in fashion industry, of which 3 years in similar capacity
- Strong leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and inspire the team effectively.
- Passion in fashion
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Less experience will consider as Senior Sales
