Customer Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Team
  • Communicate with customers to address their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
  • Handle samples with minimal physical duties
 
Skill Requirements:
  • Japanese proficiency is a must
  • Higher Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 
Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary: $14,000 - $17,000
  • 5-day work week
  • Medical scheme
  • Double pay and discretionary bonus
  • Overtime allowance.
 
Work Location: Kwun Tong office
