Maintenance Technician 技工
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our property management company. You will be responsible for carrying out routine and defect maintenance on our serviced apartments.我們正在尋找一位技工加入我們的物業管理公司。您將負責對我們的服務式公寓進行日常和缺陷維修保養工作。
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of practical experience in maintenance and repairing work

- Carry out routine and defect maintenance on serviced apartments執行服務式公寓的日常及缺陷維修保養工作
- Perform general duties of a technician, including painting, inspecting electricity, and air-conditioning

- Working Hours: 6 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

After office hours during weekdays, you may need to work if there are urgent ad hoc assignments (e.g., power outages, plumbing issues, arranging tenant check-ins)
