Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the whole process of buying activities including buying strategies development, budget planning and liaison with suppliers and brands etc.
• Implementing merchandise selection and assortment
• Formulate the sales forecast, OTB budget and drive the buying activities in accordance with Company’s strategies
• Monitor merchandise flow to achieve sales, profit and inventory target
• Stock Management processes including allocation, replenishment and consolidation
• Maintain constructive relationship with suppliers for business development
• Prepare regular reports to analyze and review sales performance and inventory level
• Analyze market trend and competitors and make recommendation for improvement
• Execute product training to ensure competent product knowledge of frontline staffs

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
• With 5 years or above experience in retail buying and merchandising, preferably with experience in Fashion categories
• Strong fashion and business sense with good analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and retail KPIs
• Good in both English & Chinese (Japanese or Korean preferred )
• Excellent skill in Excel is essential
• Overseas travel is required
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Self motivated, well organized and strong interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Buyer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
