Housekeeping Supervisor 房務督導
- Collect room and floor status report sheets for assigned work areas and assign room to Room Attendants
- Supervise Room Attendants in assigned work areas
- Provide appropriate trainings to Room Attendants as to achieve Four Seasons' standards of cleanliness in guest rooms
- Inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms
- Ensure sufficient supplies on the guest floor and the hallways, stairwells, elevator, service area, and guest room doors, tracks, linen closets and armoires are maintained according to standards
- Coordinate work orders in assigned areas, complete the required reports and follow up on inspections
- Inform Housekeeping Management for any unusual events / incidents
- Work with different departments to maintain smooth operations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain the upkeep of all bedspreads, draperies, carpet cleaning, sheers, bed skirts, and furniture refinishing
- Handle all lost and found items according to procedure
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
