Shop Supervisor – Hamilton

Key accountabilities:
  • Assist the manager to achieve sales objectives of the corporate store
  • Maintain store smooth operation and fully comply with SOP.
  • Maintain a proper stock inventory, execute stock count procedure, and order processing for both products and accessories
  • To assist Shop Manager to develop potential staff and provide solutions to handle staff issues. Be a bridge between sales staff and shop manager and facilitate 3P culture (Positivity, Passion & Pride) among the team
  • To facilitate the marketing programs to promote awareness of corporate store and enhance customer experience.
Candidate Profiles:
  • Post-secondary education or above
  • A minimum of 3 years' retail experience with at least 1 year at supervisor level in shop to manage sales and operations
  • Able to lead and drive performance and customer service
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
