e-commerce Sales Manager / Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's webpage estore and increase sales through various online channels, including SHOPLINE or Shopify backend.
- Manage and maintain the company's webpage estore, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
- Create and implement social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and increase online sales.
- Utilize effective website traffic generation techniques and SEO strategies to drive targeted traffic to the webpage estore.
- Design engaging visual content using design software such as Canva or Adobe to enhance social media posts, website banners, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and customer service, to ensure an integrated and cohesive online presence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to webpage estore management, social media marketing, website traffic generation, SEO, Google Ads, and design software.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and key stakeholders through effective communication and engagement on social media platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights on webpage estore performance, sales trends, and social media campaigns to management.

 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing webpage estores and driving sales through various online channels, specifically using SHOPLINE or Shopify backend.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website management, and online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and experience in creating and managing successful social media marketing campaigns.
- Experience in website traffic generation, SEO, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva or Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media and promotional materials.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with customers and influencers.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
