Part Time Sales Consultant (Happy Valley & Shatin Racecourse)
2 work days per week at the racecourse (Happy Valley & Shatin)
Working hours:
9:00a.m. - 8.00 p.m. (day-time horse racing) &
3:00p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (night time horse racing)
Job Description:
- Handle foreign exchange transactions for customers
為客戶處理外幣兌換 - Deliver excellent customer service
提供卓越的客戶服務 - Perform cash handling accurately
準確處理現金交易 - Adhering to operational and compliance regulations
遵守公司業務的操作程序及守則
- 每週工作2天 (沙田及跑馬地)
- 需要逢賽馬日工作 (星期三及星期日)
- Experiences in Retail Sales / Customer Service
相關銷售/客戶服務經驗 - Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
流利廣東話，良好普通話及英語 - Self-motivated, detail-minded, and outgoing personality
主動積極， 嚴謹認真及熱誠有禮
