Senior Software Analyst (2-years contract)
The Role:
- Report to Diversified Business IT Support Manager to support on Towngas Loyalty, eCommerce App & Web Portal projects
- Work with the development team on application support, analyzing business requirements, deliver solutions by working with stakeholders
- Responsible for developing, upgrading and migrating applications for all areas related
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the solution delivered could be well aligned with business strategy
The Person:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 6 years in application development, software architecture design
- Proficiency with application development using Linux stack skill set, such as PHP, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Ubuntu, Nginx.
- Hands-on experience in large scale application integration via REST, SOAP, batch or corn job, etc.
- Hands-on experience on could platform (e.g. AWS) adaption, containerization technology (e.g. Kubernetes, Swarm, container) and DevOps practice (e.g. pipeline)
- Hands-on experience on native Mobile App development both IOS & Android (e.g. Swift, Java, Koltin) would be advantage.
- Hands-on experience on eCommerce Application (e.g. Magento) would be advantage
- Experience and technical knowledge on Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM, EDM, SMS marketing, CMS support will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, project & resource management skills
