Guest Services Officer (Fitness/ Yoga Club; from 15K + Allowance ;5 days work)
Job Summary:
- Greeting guests, answering incoming calls and clarify customers’ enquiries in a professional manner
- Handling reservation and provide check-in and out services
- Taking message from customers complaint
- Conducting regular daily facility check
Requirements:
- F.5/ DSE or above with experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Good command of Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
- Be patient, cheerful personality
- Shift duty is required (8 hours working)
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduate welcome
