- 大專或同等學歷以上
Higher Diploma or above - 經驗不拘，歡迎應屆畢業生
No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome - 基本廣東話、普通話、英語溝通讀寫能力
Average Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication and literacy - 能獨立工作，並具備團隊合作精神
Able to work independently and possess teamwork spirit with team members - 能夠勝任快節奏的工作環境
Can handle a fast-paced work environment - 具備良好的學習能力及問題解決能力
Good learning ability and problem-solving skills
工作職責:
Job Responsibilities
- 以客為先，為客人提供優質服務
Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide high-quality service to customers - 維持店鋪的整體清潔，協助為客人準備設施
Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and assist in preparing facilities for customers - 確保設備的安全、清潔服務能夠達到並超越客人的期望
Ensure equipment safety, cleanliness, and service meet and exceed customer expectations - 掌握工作技能，協助培訓新員工
Master job skills and assist in training new employees - 與管理層持續溝通以改善店鋪的問題
Continuously communicate with management to improve service quality
