Executive Assistant 行政助理

Job description

協助董事處理日常企業營運, 計劃及安排商務行程, 隨同出席活動, 安排會議, 處理及跟進電郵, 提供支援工作
  • 一般助理工作 / Provide business support to the top management daily
  • 協助處理日常企業營運/ Responsible for marketing issues and corporate admin. Duties
  • 計劃及安排商務行程 /Maintain calendar and marketing tasks schedules of the top management
  • 安排會議, 處理及跟進電郵 /Monitoring and responding to post and/or emails, prioritizing correspondence, and using initiative to route emails to the appropriate individuals for action
  • 協助主管去管理跨部門和跨地點的專案協調,包括專案會議文件、準備、監控專案 /Assist executive to manage internal cross-departmental and cross-locational project coordination, including project meeting documents, preparation, monitor project check-points
  • 準備和起草商業信函、報告和簡報資料 /Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials
  • 進行研究並彙編資料以支援決策  /Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • 為行政人員提供全方位行政支持  /Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to executive
  • 對收到的請求進行組織和優先排序,並確保及時回應  /Organize and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses
  • 負責協調出差事宜,包括安排航班、飯店住宿、會議安排和報銷  / Responsible for travel coordination including arranging flights, hotel accommodation, meeting arrangement, and reimbursement
  • 處理銷售支援團隊和行銷團隊的行政事務,包括但不限於員工入職和離職、付款問題、內部帳戶申請、設備安排、文具訂購  /Handle administrative matters for Sales Support team and Marketing team, including but not limited to employee onboarding and off-boarding, payment issues, internal accounts applications, equipment arrangement, stationery ordering
  • 根據需要靈活處理臨時任務  /Flexibility to handle ad hoc assignments as required
  • 文憑以上 High Dip or above
  • 一年以上經驗 Min 1 year of experience in Admin field
  • 良好溝通技巧 Good communication skills, detail minded with high accuracy of work
  • 良好 中文,英文,普通話 Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese , English , and Mandarin
