From our new entry into the Hong Kong market in 2017, we have successively opened 4 branches in Windsor House, Harbour City, K11 Musea, and New Town Plaza.
Now we are looking for an enthusiastic Operation Manager to be in charge of the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensure that everything runs smoothly, and maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Full- time Operation Manager
To be successful as an operation manager you should have excellent people management skills and good understanding of business operations. An outstanding operation manager should be able to ensure the smooth operations and maximum profitability of all the shops.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
