Responsibilities:
- Communicate with branches to ensure smooth accounting operations
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Manage daily general accounting duties including input invoices, filing and data entry
- Prepare cheques and other payment instruments for approval
- Maintain Inventory accuracy and system updating
- Prepare month-end accounting report and other analysis report
- Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 5/DSE or above with LCCI
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience (F&B or retail experience is an advantage)
- Fresh Graduate but willing to learn will also be considered
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in ERP software is an advantage
- Experience in POS software is an advantage
- Willing to learn, detail-minded, independent, careful and responsible, well-organized
