Donor Relations Assistant

Donor Relations Assistant
This position is to provide support to the Donor Relations Team to ensure efficient delivery of quality donor care services to our donors.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and handling of donation forms;
- Make welcome call and handle inbound donor enquiries;
- Follow up with unrealised donations and termination requests;
- Assist to deliver donor related communications materials such as, receipts, reminders and activity invites;
- Implement relevant outbound upgrade and reactivation telemarketing programmes, and
- Support the team to execute donor recruitment and retention activities.
- Diploma or above;
- At least 1 year working experience, preferably in customer service or administration;
- Organised, result-driven team player;
- Good command of written and interpersonal English, Chinese and Putonghua, and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
