Sales Support Assistant

Job Description
  • Support the Head of Sales on report data accuracy of each customer
  • Assist the Sales team with daily operations.
  • Propose procedures to drive sales productivity and process efficiency.
  • Support daily sales activities including sales analysis, tender & quotation preparation.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, and prepare sales contracts and agreements.
  • Keep tracking the sales team's communication with customers.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department and customers.
  • A proactive, organized and detail-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, strong in MS PowerPoint / Keynote
  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
