Human Resources & Administration – All grades

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, payroll, MPF, tax reporting, etc
  • Design KPI program for staff’s appraisal, salary review, and budgeting
  • Provide advice and support to all levels of employees on HR & Administration matters.
  • Support China HR manager in view of China HR matter
  • Handling general office administration tasks such as office equipment maintenance, insurance, employment visa and restaurant licenses renewal
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding procedures and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks 
  • Degree holder in HR / Business administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years or more experience in related role
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Labor Law and Mainland China Labor Law. With solid experience in handling Mainland China labor law matters will be an advantage
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
  • Good Command in writing and speaking English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using MS Office, outlook and Power Point
  • Flexible and multi-tasking under fast pace environment 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources & Administration Assistant.
