Hong Kong’s 1st Globally Connected Power Bank Sharing Service


Founded in Hong Kong, ChargeSpot is the city’s first international mobile power bank rental company aiming to provide a solution to charging mobile phones and other electronic devices on the go, for locals and travellers alike. ChargeSpot features a “charge as you go, charge anywhere” approach, with power bank stations across Hong Kong and Tokyo, plus future expansion to more overseas countries. ChargeSpot users can also benefit from its innovative “return to a different station” service: for an affordable fee, power banks can be rented up to 48 hours and returned to either the same power station or a different location indicated in ChargeSpot’s phone application, allowing users to stay in touch at all times.

Office Assistant

  • DSE graduate / F.5 or above     
  • With at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Competent computer skills
  • Typing skill is highly preferred
  • Positive, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Coordinate, liaise and review with department head for compiling all reports
  • Prepare productivity analysis of sales Teams
  • Handle merchant contract issues
  • Provide overall administrative support to team
  • Ad hoc duty for sales support function
  • To understand customer service needed information, and answering enquiries for provide quality services
Other Details:
Working Days: 5-day work week (w/ Birthday & AL)
Salary: Negotiable + Attendance bonus
