The incumbents will be undergone 12-month training, with steep learning on Maxim's business, business & management skills training, rotation within or across division depending on programme stream), frontline business experience and senior management engagement and transformational / pioneering projects.
Requirements:
- Keen to develop a career in the F&B industry
- Tertiary education with maximum of 2 years full time working experiences
- Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Assertive and Energetic, and a good team player who is result-orientated and fast learner
