About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop amazing customer relations and create a great brand experience
- Follow up through phone and email to introduce and promote relevant features, articles, and news
- Manage pipeline and customer interest in a persistent & efficient manner
- Explore and identify new business opportunities; search for deals in an extensive pool of sales leads
- Understand users' equirements and be able to design and propose solutions
- Work with the team to offer innovative technological solutions and new perspectives on issues
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Basic knowledge with retail store operations and systems is preferred but not a must
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and a good team player
