Operations Clerk / 營運文員

Responsibilities
  • Assist the company in taking care of various clerical functions include but not limited to duty scheduling, data entry, invoicing, contract renewing
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers for service arrangement
  • Perform filing, record keeping and updating files
  • Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
  • F.5 or above with 1-2 years working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC knowledge and proficiency in Chinese word processing
  • Fair English & Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, can work under pressure and has strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
