Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Assist with formatting candidate CVs
  • Assist with handling general client enquiries
  • Inputting candidate CVs and details into the company's recruitment database
  • Assist with job posting

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or other disciplines preferred
  • Fresh graduates or less working experience applicants are also welcome
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary preferred
  • Interest in developing a career in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Results-driven with a can-do attitude
  • Organized and detailed-oriented
  • Strong PC skills in particular using different social media channels
  • Responsible and results-driven
  • Strong MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Immediately available preferred
