Job Highlights

  • F.5 or above, preferably with work experience
  • Five-day work week
  • Assist Project Team for fitting-out project
 
Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, material handling, quotation preparation, site coordination, purchasing and follow-up procedure etc.
  • Laise and coordinate with the contractors and ensure the work progress been completed on time
  • Coordinate with production team and factory to assist the progress of production
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties or outdoor works as needed by the Teams and Management.
  • Handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
 
Requirements
  • F.5 or above, preferably with 1 or more years of administration experience
  • Has experience in construction / interior design / interior contracting company will be an advantage
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Competent use of computing software (MS Office)
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and with good communication skills
  • Fresh Graduate will be also considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
